FEI Eventing Calendar 2025 approved

Thoresby International is the first CCI4* eventing competition on the FEI calendar in 2025 | An Eventful Life
Thoresby International in Nottinghamshire is the first UK based event on the FEI calendar for 2025

The FEI Secretary General has approved the FEI Calendar for 2025 for all disciplines including eventing.

The first eventing competition of the new year will take place at Mato Do Duque in Portugal, kicking the season off with a CCI4*-S from 20th – 23rd February while Australia and New Zealand also have events on the first weekend of the 2025 Calendar with Milang Horse Trials in South Australia hosting an FEI competition to CCI2*-S and Papakura (Springbush) in New Zealand holding CCI2*-S and CCI3*-S levels.

The first CCI4*-S competition in Australia will be at Tonimbuk International Horse Trials in Victoria (we’ll see you there!) on 8th/9th March while Britain has to wait until Thoresby International at the end of March for its first FEI classes, but of course, there will be plenty of national level competition on the 2025 British Eventing calendar before then. The USA also kicks off with its first CCI at The Event at TerraNova in Florida from 27th – 30th March.

The seven CCI5* competitions are lined up throughout the year – see the full list of CCI5* dates and venues in 2025 here – including a flurry of activity in April and May with three big CCI5* events back-to-back and October another busy month with two CCI5* competitions.

The FEI Nations Cup competition features seven legs in 2025 with the first taking place at Montelibretti (ITA) from 13th – 15th March. View the full list of FEI Nations Cup Eventing venues and dates here
