Zara Tindall flew around the Advanced course at Chatsworth International to take the win on board Class Affair, showing the style and grit that won her gold and silver medals at European and World Championships and Olympic Games

After their first major win of the year, which saw them add just 4.4 time penalties on cross country to take the win on 34.10 ahead of Phoebe Locke and JP Sheffield, Zara and Class Affair are also competing this week in the CCIO4*-S at Houghton International and are entered in the CCI4*-L at Bramham in June

Class Affair, a 13-year-old Irish bred gelding owned by the late Trevor Hemmings, who also owned Zara’s silver Olympic medal winning High Kingdom, is known as ‘Socks’ at home

“Socks was on top form this weekend” says an update on Zara’s new website “We're looking forward to another strong run with him at his next International show”
