The new showcase of eventing at Osborne House on the Isle of Wight is underway and it is stunning
Eventers are used to beautiful venues and impressive houses and Osborne House is all of that but add the sparkling blue water as the cross country course wends down to the sea, a beautiful sunny day, some very stylish spectators and this is shaping up to be a great new event
Izzy Taylor and Monkeying Around
Izzy Taylor is one rider who has made the trip across the Solent for the new event and she is currently in third place riding Monkeying Around after the dressage in the Open Intermediate Section B. Their dressage arena was situated on the Durban Lawn at the side of Osborne House, providing a beautiful backdrop for the spectators and riders

This afternoon the competitors in both sections show jump on the Durban Lawn and then head out on cross country.
Amy O’Connor and Sankro currently lead the Section B and Emily Baldwin riding Vivian 47 leads the Section A
