Izzy at one of her more usual competitions - Chatsworth International Horse Trials
It may not make up for missing out on competing at Rio 2016 but Izzy Taylor has helped to raise a lot of money for charity and taken out the win in the high profile Magnolia Cup race in front of 40,000 spectators at this week's Glorious Goodwood Festival
Izzy, who had to withdraw from the British Eventing team headed to Rio when her horse Allercombe Ellie incurred an injury, was a last minute addition to the line-up of 11 women, who compete in one of the most challenging charity races
Over the years the competitors have come from a variety of different backgrounds - weather presenters, journalists, designers and even the Bank of England's chief operating officer. Unlike Izzy they have little experience of galloping at break neck speeds on a regular basis but this year the ladies have been in serious training with Hayley Turner, Britain's most successful female jockey and the Magnolia Cup Jockey's Ambassador.
This is what Izzy and Hayley had to say about the race afterwards
