The French squad for the 2017 FEI European Eventing Championships at Strzegom in Poland has been announced as;

Thibaut Vallette with Qing from Briot ENE HN is the only one of the French gold medal winning team from Rio 2016 as Astier Nicolas is currently unavailable for selection due to a fractured leg, Karim Laghouag failed to qualify and Mathieu Lemoine has had to part with his team horse Bart L.
However the selection sees the return of Maxime Livio, currently 5th in the world, Thomas Carlile, recent winner at Barbury and the Jardy CIC3* winner Gwendolen Fer is also back in the team with Traumprinz.
