I may not be very good at getting up early but I was happy to join the Equine Program crew - Sharon, Geoff, Gary and Jim - at 7.45am yesterday on Casey Radio 97.7fm. Del Ogilvy was also on the show and from 8am to 9am we chatted away about our weekend at the Melbourne Three Day Event. Del of course had competed and had a great weekend on her lovely horse Grey Smudge, finishing 4th in the Two Star class. Del has great hopes for the horse and has London 2012 in her sights - as she said, she may be 53 but she still has fire in the belly for the sport! It was a good way to start the day - summing up a really good weekend of eventing and talking about horses - despite the early start! If you live in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne and you like horses, you really should be tuning in to 97.7fm each Thursday morning between 7am and 9am to enjoy the Equine Program
