Freshen up

We all know that the smells of our horse gear, wet riding clothes and muddy boots, not to mention our darling dogs, don’t exactly enhance the freshness of our home. It usually occurs to me when we have non-horsey friends about to visit and I throw open the windows on a boiling hot or freezing cold day to try and get rid of that certain scent as I never buy air freshener because I hate the fake smell.

However, I’ve now found something that not only smells good, with natural fragrances, but with great packaging and price. Despite the name, Jeremi London is an Australian company based in the very horsey area of the Mornington Peninsula in Victroria.

Forget those terrible “ocean breeze” and “citrus burst” air fresheners, Jeremi London has four great scents; Bergamot and Cedarwood, Grapefruit and Watercress, Persimmon and Plum and Melon, Amber and Peony. I like them all but my favourite is the Grapefruit and Watercress.

Despite the expensive look, they cost only $8.75 and are available at supermarkets
