What a year!

Stuart and war Hawk in Adelaide

What a year! This season caps off 12 months of intensity, drama and success.

With the start of 2016 being very tough for some, we must reflect on how blessed many of us are to have those around us that offer love and support, that we can love back :) Take a deep breath, be proud of what you have achieved then look forward to a brand new year with new adventures, challenges and most of all  stay happy and healthy

Briefly we certainly had a rewarding latter part of 2016, with a team BRONZE medal at the RIO Olympics, followed by a 6th on War Hawk at Adelaide 4 star, including Gemma's 3rd in the 2 star (winner Junior) on Annapurna. A win at Sydney CNC*** for Queen Mary followed by her back up win at Wallaby Hill CCI*** with Stuart means that both War Hawk and Queen Mary are looking world class horses. We also managed to fit in a trip to Germany and Denmark to go 'Horse Shopping' - we will be showing off our new additions next year, which we are very excited about smiley

We now go and recharge after a relentless year and will come back refreshed and hopefully eager to start back mid Jan.

A BIG shout out to our fabulous owners John and Jane Pittard (Pluto and Anna) Kathy Ward and Pete O'Connell ( Queen Mary, who just had back to back wins in 3* good girl !) Corinna and Darren Huskinson (War Hawk) plus Tim Game (Medusa and Diabolo)

We also welcome Elisabeth Brinton (Celebration) into our fold, recently relocated to Australia from The States.  You are ALL great owners with amazing horses!

To our major sponsors, Bates Saddles, CopRice feeds, Ceva Animal Health and Horseland we remain loyal and thank you for all your support. With Proteq bedding and Ecomist adding to the best bunch of sponsors any rider and horse could ever have!

Over the years we rely on some staff to make this team the success it is, just to say thank you this year to the grooms, Robyn, Robin, Caitlan, Tahlia and Amaya, who have all been delightful and hard working here at TE and at the Olympics.  Plus Peter for keeping our property clean and tidy!

Happiest of holidays,

The whole TE team.
