An Update from Tinney Eventing

Yet another big month at Tinney Eventing! We would firstly like to thank our great Head Girl Amy Mc Gregor who has left Tinney Eventing. Amy had been at the helm here at Tinney Eventing for almost a decade. Amy will remain our competition groom for a time. The whole family wishes her well and lots of luck for her future endeavors. Amy will be truly missed, especially by the equine group!

April saw Stuart riding at Berrima Horse Trails followed by the Sydney Royal then straight to Warwick QLD Championships for Easter! All the horses competing went well, however we are especially pleased with our own Kinnordy Rubino (Robbie) winning the CCI** at Warwick. We thank Warwick for making us so welcome and Musto for their great support and prizes at this event. This is Robbie's third win in a row at Two Star. While Stuart was away in QLD, Karen and Jaymee took off to Silver Hills on Jaymee’s new mount Murrabong Kinganui (KING) Jaymee rode to take out 4th in the Pre-Nov section, hopefully this will be a successful partnership for 2011.

With the announcement of The Australian International (Adelaide) Event being part of the 2012 HSBC Challenge, offering up to $100,000 prize money we will now hold off taking our CCI**** horses to Melbourne 3DE and look towards the end of the year with Vettori, Panamera and Watermark Grayson. However we will be preparing Orchard Hill (CCI***) and GV Anzac (CCI**) for Melbourne in June. Vettori and Grayson are entered for the Sydney World Cup, while Panamera will do Eventing Equestriad and some events in the lead up to the Adelaide Event.
