An update on what everyone has been doing at Tinney Eventing
A good result for 2012 was Stuart placing fifth in the HSBC FEI series, just behind London dual Gold medalist Michael Jung!

Some weekends ago saw Karen, Jaymee and Gemma took off skiing! What an amazing few days we had with some close friends. Stuart meanwhile opted to go to Equestraid! He rode in the CNC3 star, pre novice and preliminary classes and also got involved with some course building. Not sure who had the best of times! … Guessing it was the Tinney Girls?
All went very well for Stuart at Equestriad where he led the dressage on Pluto, (pictured above) went clear show jumping and then picked up some time on the cross country to finish in second place in the CNC3*. Sydney, (pictured below) a fairly new addition to the barn, is just getting better with each outing and took out fourth in the CNC3*. Annapurna won the pre-nov from start to finish and hopefully will now go into 1*. Pluto’s and Anna’s owners, John and Jane Pittard, are extremely happy, which is lovely. Also taking the ride on Clare McKinnon’s Double Dare (due to her work commitments) Stuart took out first place in the preliminary. Not a bad weekend without the family … we must go away more often!!
Annapurna will now aim to move up to one star
The whole family took a trip to our local Horseland store for VIP night and a walk down their runway! (Stuart was on photos) Suppressing any future opportunities as runway models- we took to shopping instead! My personal LIKES are the new Dublin ‘Kempton’ Breech, certainly mid rise stretch are a must at mid life! Squeezed into a pair of HR Polo breeches plus two new Dublin airation helmets. Gemma took to the new Dublin black gaiters which are a great fit and a pair of Roeckl sports gloves. Could have filled our shopping trolley up 3 times over with Horseland gear and apparel is just awesome!
Our rider Hannah Walls is at the front looking very smart in her HR polo breeches and T followed by Jaymee also in a HR polo T plus Dublin white breeches.
Gemma is also in Dublin white breech and HR polo TA while Karen is in a white HR polo rain coat with matching HR polo handbag.
Just a reminder of our X Country Clinic at Berrima on ...

COMING EVENTS
Stuart will be a guest rider at the upcoming NEGS Armidale (New England Girls School), which is taking place on 6/7 October. This is their first event in a few years and they are running classes up to CNC*. However there are plans for a two and three star class in the future. CopRice is also sponsoring the event so we are hoping others will support this ‘new’ event by attending.
All the best, TE
