Time to let our hair down

It's February and it's time for Wallaby Hill! Stuart gets his hair on .........

January was all about R&R for all the Tinneys plus horses but the first event to get our horses out is always The Wallaby Hill Extravaganza - ALWAYS a great day, and we loved every minute of it!  Great going, great weather.

Thanks again to Alex and Derek who open their fabulous property for us all to parade around dressed up and just have fun with our 4-legged friends. Stuart always likes to get his 'hair down!' or ON more like it. And this year Gemma took on a Shane Rose look alike! Very scary ...

Gemma (or should that be Shane...??) at Wallaby Hill (above) and doing some fancy dressage on Diabolo

Like Samson, long hair gives Stuart superpowers to jump even cars at Wallaby Hill!

Gemma and Karen - coaches at Arcadia Pony Club thanks to CopRice

Once we had recovered from Wallaby Hill the Tinneys had an outing to our local pony club coaching and presenting CopRice samples/hats and feed for the Raffle. The medals were out and kids loved it (below)

February /March is the start of the Eventing season and with such a dry winter and summer it’s been just awesome having the best feed and supplements thanks to our sponsors Coprice and Ceva. The summer has been off the dial with heat and humidity so we start early to help the horses work and recover better than later in the day Even Lesley jumped in with the fish to cool down!!

Contact us at Tinney Eventing to find out more about our feeding, training and nutrition programmes during these hot months

On a final note we're thrilled that Gemma has been long listed for the Oceania Championships at Taupo in New Zealand in May - well done GEM and ANNA!
