' Did I really win all those?' asks Pluto Mio
There is always news here at the end of the season!
Just to get you interested (we hope!) We are now selling HIDEZ bringing them to you at an affordable price if bought via www.tinneyeventing.com as we have had so much success with the suits and we truly feel that it helps our horses post, pre exercise, plus in travel. We are keen to get them on your very own deserving performance horses. If anyone is interested please just drop us an email.
A lot have been asking how ‘Panamera’ is thank you for your concern. She has made a full recovery and we will now rest her until next season. You will see her back at competitions mid 2013, in preparation for Adelaide and The World Championships 2014 Normandy FRANCE. Thank you Tim Game for your continued support.
We are very excited about ‘WAR HAWK’ bought by new owners to the sport Corinna and Darren Huskinson. ‘WAR HAWK’ (Raffles) has recently arrived on Australian shores from New Zealand. Bought from Black Hawk farm, ‘War Hawk’ has been purpose bought for our Olympic campaign. Certainly we have high expectations for this horse and his first start will be at Silver Hills 3rd/4th NOV. Thanks Black hawk farm (Carolyn Jolley) for the opportunity of owning such a fabulous horse, also thank you to Corinna and Darren - we hope you both enjoy the experience of being an owner.
The Pony Club State ODE held in Albury was certainly a bit of a fizzer! Rain cancelled the cross country so Gemma and King only had dressage and show jumping, giving them 5th in their division.
Gemma is now State Junior Pre Novice Champion
Onwards and upwards the following weekend as Gemma and Stuart headed to Goulburn, or was it the ski fields??? After the snow melted to leave some very slushy spring mud both Gemma and Stuart went onto win their classes. Gemma now being the State Junior pre-nov Champion and Stuart on Jane and John Pittards Pluto Mio winning the State CIC*** Champs!
Jane and John’s other fabulous horse Annapurna (pictured above) was 10th in the 1 star. She is just feeling her way in this grade and hopefully will settle soon and start winning like her half brother Pluto! Wendy Pike’s Solomon was 7th in the preliminary. Our fairly new purchase ‘Sydney’ (pictured below) finished 7th in the CIC*** which made us happy.
