Heath Ryan stole the show with a flowing, elevated test in the CCI *** at the Melbourne Three Day Event today. Heath and Mystery Whisper finished in first place after the dressage on a score of 39 with Stuart Tinney on the talented mare Panamera second on 42.40. Stuart also claimed fourth place on 48.5 on Vettori with fellow Olympians Sonja Johnson and Megan Jones lying in 3rd and 5th place respectively.
The weather was kinder at Werribee today with the sun coming out at times and shining on the Grand Prix dressage held outside during the lunch break from the eventing dressage in the indoor arena. Many riders and spectators were out walking the cross country course in preparation for the big day tomorrow.
